Cookie Policy
Short version: raphxagency.com sets no cookies. There is no banner asking for your consent because there is nothing to consent to. This page explains that in full, and describes the one third party request the site does make.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser, usually to remember who you are between visits. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and tracking pixels. Under EU and UK rules, any of these that are not strictly necessary to deliver the page require your consent before they are used.
2. What this website uses
This site is a set of static pages. It has no login, no shopping basket and no analytics, so it has no reason to remember you.
| Type | Used here | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | None | No, and none are set anyway |
| Analytics and statistics | None. No Google Analytics, no alternative | Would be required, so we do not use them |
| Advertising and retargeting | None. No Meta Pixel, no ad tags | Would be required, so we do not use them |
| Local storage or session storage | None | Not applicable |
You can confirm this yourself. Open your browser developer tools, go to the storage or application tab, and load any page of this site. The cookie list stays empty.
3. The one external request
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser fetches font files from Google servers, and Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google states that it does not set cookies for font requests and does not use this data for advertising.
This is the only third party the site contacts. There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets, social buttons or tag managers. If you would rather avoid the request entirely, a browser extension that blocks external fonts will do so, and the site remains fully readable in your system typeface.
4. Server logs
Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, records standard server logs for every request, including IP address, time, requested page and browser type. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting. They are not cookies, they cannot be refused by a banner, and they are covered in our Privacy Policy.
5. If this changes
If we ever add analytics, advertising tools or any feature that needs cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before anything non essential is set. Consent will be a genuine choice, with refusing as easy as accepting.
6. Controlling cookies generally
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for any site, usually under privacy or security settings. Blocking cookies entirely will not affect this site, since it uses none, but it may break sites that rely on them.
